Two from Bangalore die in accident

KOLAR: Two people were killed and six injured in a collision between a KSRTC bus and a multi-utility vehicle at Chunchandevanahalli near Kolar on Saturday.

One of the dead was identified as Bhagyamma, 38, of Bannerghatta. The other victim, aged around 40, is yet to be identified.

The bus was on its way to Kolar Gold Fields from Bangalore and the MUV was on its way from Tirupati to Bangalore. The injured have been admitted to Devaraj Urs Medical College hospital here.
