KADAPA: Kadapa Mayor P. Ravindranath Reddy released Gambusia fish in Buggavanka stream near the Zilla Parishad here on Saturday, as part of measures to curb breeding of mosquitos. He called upon people not to strew garbage into drainage canals as it could aggravate mosquito menace. The Municipal Corporation would undertake fogging, spraying of Bytex and waste oil in drains as part of anti-larval operations, Mr. Ravindranath Reddy said. Municipal Health Officer Umamaheswara Rao, sanitary inspectors Venkataramana and Bharat Kumar and corporators participated.
