Judicial officers told to ensure speedy justice

Chittoor: High Court Justice A. Gopal Reddy has urged judicial officers to work in such a way to make people repose confidence on the judiciary.
Addressing the district judicial officers conference here on Saturday, he exhorted them to dispose the cases speedily in cooperation with lawyers with out much inconvenience to the litigants. Later, participating in the fresher’s day of the Bar Council, he has asked the advocates to adhere to professional ethics and uphold the dignity of the judiciary. The outgoing and incoming District Judges K. Appa Rao and Durga Prasad respectively were present.
The Bar Association President C. Subramanyam welcomed. Earlier, Justice Gopal Reddy was received with temple honours at Kanipakam.
