NEW DELHI: Maninder Pal Singh Kohli on Monday filed a review petition in the Delhi High Court urging it to reconsider its judgment dismissing his petition against a lower court order here to extradite him to the United Kingdom to face trial for allegedly criminally assaulting and murdering British teenager Hannah Foster there in 2003. A Division Bench comprising Justices Mukul Mudgal and P.K. Bhasin will take it up on Thursday. Earlier, the High Court dismissed Mr. Kohli’s petition when his counsel submitted that his client’s grievance stood satisfied. It observed that the lower court’s findings were merely prima facie, not a ruling on merits of the case. He later challenged the judgment in the Supreme Court. However, he withdrew the plea with liberty to file a review petition in the High Court.
