IVR Prime hits capital market

NEW DELHI: IVR Prime Urban Developers, a Hyderabad-based real estate firm, has entered the capital market with its initial public offer of 141.50 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each through the 100 per cent book building process. The price band for the issue, which closes on July 26, is Rs. 510-600 per share. The proceeds of the issue would be used to meet the cost of some of its projects and loan repayment.
