Teledata turnover and profit surge

CHENNAI: Teledata Informatics has reported a sharp increase in its turnover at Rs. 1,766.85 crore in the three months ended June 30, 2007, against Rs. 342.33 crore in the year-ago period. The profit before taxation has risen to Rs. 189.84 crore from Rs. 48.76 crore. The surge in turnover and profit is attributed to the acquisitions undertaken by the company and huge demand for its products across the globe.
