Left Front convention on Saturday

Bangalore: A programme will be held here on Saturday to mark the Left Front Government’s 30 years in power in West Bengal. CPI(M) general secretary Prakash Karat and several other leaders of the Left Front would participate in the convention organised at the Arya Vyshya Mahasabha Hall (near Anand Rao Circle) at 5.30 p.m. by the State units of the CPI(M), the CPI and the Forward Bloc, according to State CPI(M) secretary G.N. Nagaraj.
