Ex-servicemen’s pension account

Coimbatore: Ex-servicemen who draw pension from banks can open a joint account that can be operated by the pensioner and his spouse, as decreed by the Central Government, according to the Deputy Director of the Ex-servicemen Welfare Board,

Also, ex-servicemen and widows of ex-servicemen, who had retired before 1996, can send in their application for revision of pension before December 31.

Those interested can collect the applications from the Welfare Board office.
