Girl allegedly assaulted

NEW DELHI: A 17-year-old domestic help has accused a placement agency owner of criminally assaulting her on the pretext of providing her a job. The victim, a native of West Bengal, had come to Delhi a year ago in search of a job and came into contact with Gaffur Mandal (21), who runs a placement agency at Tuglaqabad Extension. Gaffur criminally assaulted her promising to arrange a job for her, the complainant alleged.
