THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: General Atlantic (GA), a U.S.-based global equity investment firm, has decided to invest Rs. 242 crore in IBS Software Services based in Technopark here. IBS provides IT solutions to travel, transportation, and logistics industries. According to a release from the IBS group on Wednesday, GA’s investment is for a minority stake in the company and it will be used to accelerate the organisation’s growth in areas like sales, business consultancy, and infrastructure.
