BSNL casual labour on warpath

BERHAMPUR: The casual employees of the BSNL Berhampur division have stopped working and organised demonstrations in front of the divisional office in the city demanding hike in their daily wages on Wednesday.

The secretary of the BSNL Casual Employees Union, Berhampur division B.Rama Babu stated that their counterparts working in other BSNL divisions in the State expressed their solidarity for the cause. They would also hold dharnas in front of all the 13 divisional offices.
