Santhome ‘B’ posts win

Chennai: Santhome ‘B’ beat Bhavan’s Rajaji Vidyashram by six wickets in a TNCA city schools under-17 match here on Wednesday.

The scores: U-17: Terapanth Jain Vidyalaya 56 in 18 overs (Mohammad Sait three for 17, E. Ajay four for 12) lost to AVM Rajeswari MHSS 57 for one in 5.5 overs.

Bhavan’s Rajaji Vidyashram 114 for eight in 25 overs (Santosh 39, Pratik Jain 25, Raghav Ravi three for 20) lost to Santhome ‘B’ 115 for four in 23.4 overs (Varun Ramachandran 33, Raghav Ravi 40).

St. Mary’s 177 for three in 25 overs (S. Aasish 64, Nishanth 64 n.o.) bt Sri Ahobila Mutt 109 for nine in 25 overs.

U-15: Jawahar Vidyalaya ‘A’ 179 for six in 30 overs (M. Kamal Pandi 41, Mukund Muralidhar 26, U. Pawan 33) bt Boaz Public School 28 in 17.1 overs (B. Karthik three for 12).

St. Mary’s ‘B’ 143 for seven in 30 overs (Praveen Daniel 54, Kaushik Balaji four for 14) bt Pon Vidyashram 53 in 13.4 overs (Chandramouli four for 11).
