CHENNAI: Pakistani Davis Cup player Aqeel Khan overcame Tushar Liberhan 3-6, 6-4, 6-2 to enter the quarterfinals of the GNC-KCG Verghese ITF Futures tennis tournament here on Wednesday. Aqeel began poorly and struggled with his serve for the greater part of two sets, but managed to quell a courageous challenge from an opponent ranked nearly 500 places below him, through a process of attrition.
