Kochi: Vigilance officials on Wednesday took evidence from V.A. Hakkim, convener of the Kanichukulangara action committee, in connection with the probe into the allegation that KPCC president Ramesh Chennithala had received money from promoters of a chit company here. Mr. Hakkim said he had submitted certain crucial documents proving Mr. Chennithala’s association with the promoters.
