Civil Supplies Director’s warning

Thiruvananthapuram: The Civil Supplies Director has come out against the inclusion of conditions like “Goods once sold will not be taken back” in the bills and cash memos given by the traders. In an official press note here on Thursday, he described such conditions as “unilateral” and said that they were against the Consumer Protection Law. – Special Correspondent
