Bopanna beats Burgsmuller

NEW DELHI: Rohan Bopanna continued with his impressive run and overpowered Lars Burgsmuller of Germany, a former top-100 professional, 6-3, 6-2 in the pre-quarterfinals of the Challenger tennis tournament on grass at Manchester.

The sixth-seeded Bopanna thus set up a quarterfinal clash against his doubles partner Aisam-ul-Haq Qureshi of Pakistan.
