India u-19 defeats Bangladesh

Chennai: India defeated Bangladesh by 129 runs, in Colombo on Thursday, in the under-19 triangular one-day cricket tournament.

Following a rain interruption, Bangladesh’s target was revised. The side crumbled on the chase.

The scores: India U-19 264 for nine in 50 overs (Abu Nechim Ahmed 80, Virat Kohli 28, Ravindra Jadeja 40, Manish Pandey 37, N. Hussian four for 49) bt Bangladesh U-19 82 for seven in 29 overs (Gosh 25 not out, Iqbal Abdullah two for ni ne, Abu Nechim Ahmed two for 22).
