Karur Vysya Bank profit up 25 p.c.

CHENNAI: Karur Vysya Bank has achieved a 25 per cent rise in its net profit at Rs. 47.95 crore in the first three months ended June 30, 2007, against Rs. 38.38 crore in the year-ago period. Total income went up to Rs. 292.15 crore from Rs. 218.24 crore, a rise of 33.9 per cent. Total deposits stood at Rs. 9,998.40 crore as on June 30, 2007
