‘Counselling must for addicts’

KOLAR: Ruksana Hasan, chief managing director of Bangalore-based New Dawa Rehabilitation Centre, has said that counselling plays an important role in helping people addicted to alcohol and drugs to give up such habits. She was addressing the inaugural session of an awareness camp on chemical substance and addictions organised here for Home Guards of the district here on Saturday. Journalist S. Chandrashekhar inaugurated the two-day camp. District Home Guards Commandant B. Suresh presided over the function. – Staff Correspondent
