Raavisastry birth anniversary

Special programmes are on the card during the 86th birth anniversary celebrations of renowned writer Raavisastry slated for Monday.

The celebrations to be organised jointly by Eskay Foundation, Mosaic Literary Organisation and Raavisastry Foundation include garlanding of Raavisastry statue on the beach road in the morning, a photo exhibition of the writer at Visakha Public Library in the evening, and playing of his recorded speeches, according to spokesman of the organisers Ramatheertha.
