SFI to observe protest day

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The State unit of SFI has decided to observe Monday as a day of protest against the police firing on agitators in Andhra Pradesh. In a statement here on Sunday, the SFI State secretariat registered strong protest against Andhra Pradesh Government’s ‘repressive’ tactics and declared its support to the struggle being waged on behalf of the landless by activists of the CPI(M) and CPI. In a separate statement, DYFI State secretariat called upon all sections of people to protest.
