Coimbatore: The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation has asked the employers of establishments and factories covered under the EPF and MP Act 1952 to submit the annual returns in Form 3A and 6A for 2006-07 before August 15. According to an official release, the employers were asked to submit the returns before April 30. However, it was found that some had not complied with the same. Annual statement
Those who had not submitted the annual returns should do so before August 15. They could send in soft copies in CD and hard copies to facilitate issue of individual subscriber’s annual statement of accounts. Details
Establishments that had not furnished details of the Non Contributory Period of services under the EPF’95 from November 16, 1995 to February 28, 2006 should also do so and for 2006-07 in Form 3A and 6A without fail, the release said.
