Chain-snatcher held

NEW DELHI: A 22-year-old man has been arrested by the Crime Branch of the Delhi police on charges of chain and mobile phone snatching. During interrogation, Chinkul allegedly revealed that he and two accomplices, Sanjay and Om, used to snatch chains in West Delhi and North-West Delhi. The police claim to have seized a country-made firearm, a cartridge and 10 mobiles from him.
