Readers’ forum activities launched

MALAPPURAM: The Readers’ Forum of Farook College launched its activities for the current academic year on Monday. Kerala Sahitya Akademi secretary I.V. Das inaugurated the function.

Through reading, society should be able to distinguish between the right and the wrong, he said.

A. Kutialikutty, college Principal, presided over the function. Staff coordinator Abdul Jabbar presented a report. Indian Union Muslim League leader Ummer Pandikasala, writers K.E.N. Kunhahamed and N.P. Hafiz Mohammed offered felicitation.

Farook College librarian M. Ayub welcomed the gathering. Student secretary Ajeesh Prabhakar proposed a vote of thanks.
