Mudigonda firing case adjourned

HYDERABAD: A Division Bench of the High Court on Tuesday directed the case pertaining to the Mudigonda firing be listed to Thursday.

The Bench adjourned the matter to Thursday to facilitate the Advocate General and the counter writ petitioner to peruse the report filed by the District Sessions Judge. It may be recalled that a TDP leader moved a urgent House Motion on Sunday complaining against the police firing wherein 6 persons died on Sunday.

A Division Bench of the High Court directed the Director General of Police and the District Judge to file reports before the court.

When the case was called on Tuesday the bench said that appropriate arguments could be done on Thursday based upon these two reports.
