Complaints received from public

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Aimed at making the departments under the Education Department more effective, Minister for Education M.A. Baby, on Tuesday, visited the Directorate of General Education and received complaints from the public. As many as 220 complaints from various districts across the State were handed over to the Minister on the occasion. According to the office of the Education Department, similar ‘people’s contact programmes’ would be organised at the Directorate of Collegiate Education on August 7 and the Directorate of Technical Education on August 14. — Staff Reporter
