Thiruvananthapuram: The ‘At Home’ programme organised in connection with Independence Day at the Raj Bhavan will not be organised this time. Governor R.L. Bahtia has decided against organising it in view of the monsoon havoc and the fever outbreak in the State. The money thus saved would be used for relief work.
