Seat belt mandatory

KOCHI: All vehicle users in Kochi must wear seat belts from Wednesday. The aim is to prevent injuries to drivers and passengers, in case of accident. Stern action will be taken against violators of the rule under the Motor Vehicles’ Act, said a press release by the City Police Commissioner Manoj Abraham.
