This Day That Age
Mr. Bhimsen Sachar was sworn in on August 1 as the Governor of Andhra Pradesh at a brief but impressive ceremony in the Durbar Hall of the Raj Bhavan in Hyderabad. The Governor-designate and Smt. Sachar were received on the verandah of the Governor’s room by Mr. N. Sanjiva Reddy, Chief Minister, and Mr. M.P. Pai, ICS, Chief Secretary.
