Crisil rating for Skyline Builders

Kochi: Credit risk rating authority, Crisil, has granted DA3+ rating as real estate developer to Skyline Builders. This is the highest rating among Kerala-based builders, says a press release. Crisil rating is a recognition for ‘the developer’s track record in executing real estate projects as per specified quality levels,’ the release said.

Skyline Builders is the largest home builder in Kerala with projects in Thiruvananthapuram, Kottayam, Kochi, Thrissur, Kozhikode and Kannur and an overseas marketing office in Dubai, the release added..
