He had served as Vice-President of Lord Krishna Bank, Head of the International Division of Bank of Madurai and Divisional Manager of the International Division of Syndicate Bank. He is a postgraduate in Mathematics from Madurai Kamaraj University and has passed CAIIB from the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance.
