Photography Day contest on August 19

HYDERABAD: The Andhra Pradesh Press Photographers Association (APPPA) and the Andhra Pradesh Photo Journalists Association (APPJA) are organising the Photography Day contest and photo exhibitions on the occasion of World Photogrpahy Day on August 19. Entries for APPPA, not more than four pictures in the size of 8X12 taken during August 2006 to July 31, 2007, should be sent to the association president Satish H., The Hindu, Begumpet or to R V Koteshwar Rao, 159/2RT, Vijayanagar Colony before August 10. Entries for the annual news photo contest of APPJA should be sent with three colour photos (8X12 size) shot between August last and July 2007 to the president, APPJA, APUWJ office, Deshodharaka Bhavan, Basheerbagh, before August 15.
