Mother Dairy raises milk prices

NEW DELHI: Delhiites now have to cough up one rupee more for every litre of Mother Dairy milk. Mother Dairy has revised the maximum retail price of all milk variants purportedly because of an increase in the purchase price of raw milk and milk commodities. The revised price for a litre of toned milk is now Rs.18, while the same for a poly-pack of full-cream milk is Rs.23. The standardised milk poly-pack of Mother Dairy now costs Rs. 21, while a toned milk poly-pack costs Rs.19. The prices of other types of milk have also been revised.
