KPR Mill plans expansion, taps capital market

CHENNAI: KPR Mill, a vertically integrated apparel company, has entered the capital market with a public issue of 59.12 lakh equtiy shares of Rs. 10 each through a 100 per cent book building process to fund its expansion schemes. The price band has been fixed at Rs. 225–265. The issue, opened on August 2, will close on August 7.
