Talking to reporters here on Friday, Mr. Harish said that he had learnt that adequate steel was not being used in the modernisation works and added how they could put reinforcement in the canals without using steel. He said that he had hold discussions with many senior officers of the Niravari Nigam and the Water Resources Department and some senior engineers, including K.C.
