Ministers to review ‘Indiramma’ today

HYDERABAD: Ten Ministers will meet in the chambers of Housing Minister Botcha Satyanarayana on Saturday for a comprehensive review of ‘Indiramma’ housing scheme which has been dogged by allegations of irregularities.
Issues for discussion
They are expected to discuss issues relating to land acquisition and evolve a policy for identification of beneficiaries and problem solving. The meeting is in pursuant with the direction recently given by Chief Minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy to the Ministers to discuss the entire gamut of the ambitious scheme and submit a report to him.
Publicity
He had reportedly said that mistakes such as lack of appropriate public campaign should be avoided in the subsequent phases.
