Donate liberally: CPI (M) leaders collecting donations for the Mudigonda firing victims in Sangareddy on Saturday.-
Sangareddy: The Communist Party of India (Marxist) Medak unit which is waiting for the green signal from the State committee on the form of the second phase of land struggle, is gearing up its resources in a district wide initiative. Speaking to The Hindu district committee secretary Chukka Ramulu said that local issues would also be taken up during the second phase in addition to the State level agenda set by the party in which the national leadership of the pa rty would be participating. Meanwhile, State secretariat member S. Veeraiah participated in the fund raising programme taken up the party in the town on Saturday. The fund is raised to help the kin of victims of Mudigonda firing. Addressing the gathering near the new bus stand Veeraiah deplored the comments of the Congress leaders giving a casteist colour to the Bhuporatam.
