The “Kerala Property Expo 2007”, the three-day long property pageant organized by the Kerala Builders Forum will conclude today. This is for the fifth consecutive year that the oldest apex body of the builders and developers in Kerala has been putting up the show with a view to showcase their latest and soon-to-be launched projects. The very idea of this show, according to the organisers, is to make people aware about the various housing options that are availa ble today. The expo that got underway on 3rd August 2007 is on till this evening at the Marine Drive Grounds.

Apartments and villas from 41 builders from across the state are being showcased at the expo. Since five major home finance companies are participating in the expo with special offers has facilitated the aspiring buyers an added advantage to decide on their finances”, remarked another builder participating in the expo.
