Spot admission

Spot admission is on at the Government Industrial Training Institute (Women) on Mettupalayam Road for some courses. A release said that spot admission will be on till August 30 for courses in instrument mechanic, electronic mechanic, computer operator and programming assistant, desktop publishing operator and English shorthand and typewriting. Candidates should have passed Standard X for the mechanic courses and for the other courses Standard XII. For details, contact the Principal (0422-2645778). Eligible candidates could go to the institute with the original certificates. The tuition fee is Rs. 1,405.
