Man held for ‘selling’ fake documents

HYDERABAD: The sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force arrested one person for allegedly selling fake educational documents of Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary and Intermediate Education here on Saturday.
The accused Mohd.Mujtaba Hussain (32), resident of Akbar Bagh, Malakpet had been selling educational certificates of UP Board with the connivance of one Kulkarni of Asian Academy whom he met in New Delhi in February this year. According to the police, Mujtaba working as branch manager of NCI Academy, Abids used to collect details of candidates and fax them to Kulkarni and he used to receive the certificates by courier. He used to deposit Rs.15,500 for SSC certificate and Rs.18,500 for Intermediate certificate, collected from the prospective candidates in the ICICI bank account reportedly furnished by Kulkarni, police said.
