Spotted deer rescued

Krishnagiri: Forest officials on Saturday rescued a male spotted deer at Kurumpatti near here.

According to sources, the deer had strayed from the Rayakottai forests into human habitation in search of water. It was injured after being chased by stray dogs. — Staff Reporter
