Goa police seek help to trace foreigner

PANAJI: The Goa Police have contacted police from other States, including the Karnataka Police, to help trace a missing Georgian national.

S.M. Prabhudesai, Superintendent of Police, South Goa, told The Hindu on Saturday that it was suspected that the foreign national, 32-year-old Mikheil Jgenti, who went missing from the Canacona taluk of south Goa since June 2 this y ear, might have travelled to Hampi, the tourist site in Karnataka.
