Kohli leads Indian fightback

Chennai: Virat Kohli’s 144 (187b, 20x4, 1x6) enabled India under-19 recover from 167 for seven to 301 all out against Sri Lanka under-19 on Saturday, the first day of the three-day cricket match at Colts CC ground in Colombo.

The scores: India U-19 301 in 84.2 overs (Virat Kohli 144, Pradeep Sangwan 57, Ishan Jeyaratne three for 60, Naveen Kavikara three for 72) vs. Sri Lanka U-19 five for two in 5.1 overs (K.P. Appanna two for zero).
