Ghazal maestros to perform today

Bangalore: After two years, Ghulam Ali and Jagjit Singh ghazal maestros, are back for a concert at Palace Grounds here on Sunday.

Speaking to presspersons on Saturday, Mr. Ghulam Ali, who has travelled all the way from Pakistan, said he was extremely happy to be performing with Mr. Jagjit Singh.

The Pakistani singer said they were one single entity and not two individual singers.

In response, Mr. Jagjit Singh pointed out that it was a challenge to sing with Mr. Ghulam Ali who was a far superior musician than himself.
