VIZIANAGARAM: As part of intensifying their indefinite agitation some 50 Panchayat Raj engineers on Monday donated blood in protest against the Government’s decision to bifurcate PR and RWS. The blood donation camp was inaugurated by V.S. Prasad, State IMA vice-president. PR Joint Action Committee chairman M.B. Mohan Reddy and others participated. Correspondent
