Sivathanu Pillai given two-year extension

NEW DELHI: Renowned missile scientist Dr. A. Sivathanu Pillai was on Tuesday granted a two-year extension in service. The extension was approved by the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.

Dr. Pillai’s services have been extended as Chairman and Managing Director of the BrahMos missile project and as Chief Controller of Research and Development in the DRDO.
