BSNL cautions people

BANGALORE: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd. (BSNL) has cautioned customers not to entertain unscrupulous persons who claim to be its employees or agents.

In an official release, BSNL said it had received information that some private agents were approaching customers in the guise of its employees or agents for selling multi-featured landline phones. It urged customers to demand proof of identity from such persons, as BSNL had not authorised any person to do business with them. — Staff Reporter
