Stayed

BANGALORE: The Karnataka High Court on Wednesday stayed for four weeks all further proceedings against senior IAS official I.R. Perumal against whom the Lokayukta police have registered a case. The case was registered under the Prevention of Corruption Act. Mr. Perumal said the charge sheet had been filed several years after the complaint. He had urged the court to stay all further proceedings against him.
