Sierra Atlantic acquires U.S. firm

HYDERABAD: Sierra Atlantic, an IT solutions company, has acquired ArrAy, Inc., a Boston-based software engineering services firm with global delivery centres in Guangzhou and Shanghai, China. The combined entity after the companies assimilated their operations would have more than 1,500 employees worldwide.
