Shimla: The Shimla district administration will launch a drive to nab people spitting on the famous Mall Road and other public places, in compliance with a Himachal Pradesh High Court directive. The Corporation act has the provisions prohibiting spitting on streets of the town. The law provides for a fine up to Rs.500 by the municipal magistrate. — PTI
